At Golf Course Art, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Consumer Rights – New Zealand Law

As a New Zealand consumer, you are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986. This means you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it’s meant to.


2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss options.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at golfcourserart@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or fault

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required under the CGA.


4. Incorrect Orders

If you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.


5. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at golfcourserart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm next steps and provide a return shipping address if eligible.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent.


6. Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Please note that custom or personalised artwork (including commissioned pieces or prints with custom framing) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.


7. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
